We’re searching for a warm, switched-on Administrative Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely cares about people.
You don’t need fancy qualifications. If you’re bubbly, coachable, and know how to keep your cool when it gets busy—you’ll fit right in.
ABOUT THE ROLE
You’ll be the first smile people see when they walk in. The voice on the phone when they need help. The organiser behind the scenes who keeps the day running smoothly.
Key duties include:
- Managing front desk bookings
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Processing payments
- Coordinating practitioner schedules
- Following up with patients
- Helping keep the clinic looking fresh and clean
Part-time or casual role | Approx. 20–25 hrs/week | Flexibility available
